Metal Card Co’s previous eCommerce store was not meeting their expectations. Research showed that most customers weren’t even making it to the cart page. We were tasked with transforming the site, so it focused on a friendly User Experience. We needed to make sure customers had all the information they needed along every step of their card customisation journey.
